By accessing or using AgentOS CASO you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AgentOS CASOmay update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. AgentOS CASO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse AgentOS CASO, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow AgentOS CASO's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
AgentOS CASO retains all rights to AgentOS CASO's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant AgentOS CASO a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
AgentOS CASO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.AgentOS CASO disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentOS CASO's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or AgentOS CASO is limited to the amount you paid AgentOS CASO in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. AgentOS CASO may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
